Test Friday: Lesson 8 spellings and commas. Spellings are: yield, niece, belief, grief, briefly, zenith, medium, immediate, previous, receive, conceited, ceiling, disease, league, increase, entry, economy, continually, curious, and succeed.
The grammar is comma usage: in a series, compound sentences, quotations, appositives, using little words at the beginning of sentences and addressing someone directly.

No homework. However, students could review percent of a number, commission, discount and sale prices and solving GST and PST problems. Only a couple of problems for each to see if students understand the material.
